2023 Spring Stroke Clinic

When: April 3-6, 2023

Cost: $75 per swimmer (cash or check only)

About Our Clinic:

The Crimson Aquatics Stroke Clinic focus on the basic fundamentals for each stroke including stroke drills and concepts. Concepts introduced are skills used in the everyday training of Crimson Aquatics. Crimson coaches will also utilize under water video technology to assist with the fundamentals introduced for each swimmer.

Each day will start with 15-20 minutes of instruction, followed by swimming for a half an hour with 5-10 minutes of more instruction.

***EACH SWIMMER MUST BE ABLE TO LEGALLY SWIM ALL FOUR STROKES***

*Open to all ages, however, swimmer needs to be able to complete a lap of each stroke legally.

*Limited to 30 swimmers (fills up fast, sign up soon!)

Crimson Aquatics South County RI- Head Coach will be supervising and teaching general skills for the daily lessons. Assistant coach Olivia Kelly will be coaching as well and introducing instruction and general skills for each concept.

*Registration will be on a first come, first serve basis!
